The second and limited CD cover, features a psychedelic painting of a naked woman with a unicorn horn on her head. The actual flag photographed on the album cover hangs in Outkast’s recording studio. The flag is supposed to represent “a place that exists apart from the country experienced by the masses”.

Rather than the normal red, white and blue “stars and stripes”, the flag has black stripes and a black field with inverted stars.
